Terms Of Service

This agreement governs your use of Xiashi ("the Service"), operated by Xiashi Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Xiashi provides mobile network acceleration and connection optimization services, including VIP acceleration lines, stable connection features, and ad-reduction functionality. Service availability, coverage, speeds, and locations may vary and are subject to applicable laws and platform terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to: distribution of viruses or malware, fraudulent activities, phishing, network attacks, unauthorized access to third-party systems, or any conduct deemed illegal under applicable jurisdiction. You are responsible for the secure configuration of your devices and services.

3. Subscription and Billing

Service is delivered digitally and activated immediately upon successful payment. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled. Users may cancel auto-renewal via their account settings or app store subscription management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds for unused portions within the current period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the relevant app store's refund policies. Prices are as displayed in the App Store and may be adjusted for future billing periods with prior notice.

4. Fair Usage

Xiashi Limited does not impose fixed bandwidth caps per user. However, usage is subject to fair usage principles. Activities that generate excessive load, impersonate automated systems, or materially degrade service for other users may result in temporary throttling or account termination at our discretion.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Factors beyond our control (including third-party network failures, transmission issues, equipment limitations, and signal strength) may affect service quality. We reserve the right to impose usage limits, suspend service, or block certain usage types to protect users or the Service.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://xiashinet.com/policy/. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xiashi Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or delays.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or repeated infringement of third-party rights.

9. DMCA / Copyright Policy

Xiashi Limited acts as a service provider of transitory digital network communications under 17 U.S.C. § 512(a). Accounts determined to be repeat infringers will be terminated. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please send a notice to support@xiashinet.com.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
